How do I know if my shirt will fit?

These are some really cool shirts here, but I like my shirts on the back and shoulders of the shirts I wear.

Putting designs on the back of your order will be no issue at all, and we will gladly do it at no additional fee to you. Please make sure you let us know that this is how you want your shirts made, though, by instructing us in the "comments" area of your online order form.

The Quality Of Our Product Is Extremely Important To Us.

We know you want the best, and we are very pleased to say that we are the people to come to if that's what you're looking for. We may not be as cheap as some of the other t shirt companies, but our shirts aren't cheaply made. We have seen the shirts that are sold on other websites, and the quality suffers because of their desire to drive the price of their shirts down. You can get one of these cheaper shirts, but be prepared to watch it fall to pieces after just a couple of wearings. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that proves our dedication to quality at this company. While you are certainly welcome to buy any of our slim-fit shirt styles, you also have access to all of the thicker, more durable shirts that are made from 100%, preshrunk cotton.

How do I know that security is a priority when you take my information?

Identity thieves are going to have a harder time than usual if they're trying to get your information from us. As soon as you've added an item to your cart, the shopping cart automatically takes you to an entirely secure location on a separate server that no one has access to. They can't steal what they can't see. For those of you who are living in the U.S.A., you also have the option of calling us and personally placing your order with one of our office staff employees TOLL FREE at 1-888-687-4478. What is your privacy policy?

We will never, never, ever use the email or the physical address you provide for any other purpose than to send you the shirts you ordered and to contact you about any concerns that may arise in regards to that order.

Company Policy Concerning Returns

All of the shirts you buy are made the day after you order them to your exact specifications. That means that on orders above a certain price range will incur a restocking fee if they are returned, and the return is not due to anything our company did wrong. We are not responsible for refunding shipment costs.

Is your shipping fast? I'd like to get the shirts I pay for as soon as possible, please.

There are lots of companies out there that will wait upwards of two weeks before they process your order and ship it, but that's not how we do things around here. We always ship within 24 hours of getting a customer's order. Your order will be moved through our system during regular business hours. Those hours are 7 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon, central standard time and excludes all USPS recognized holidays. Your order will ship the day after processing. If you happen to place your order with us on one of these days our doors are not open, then we will be making your order the very next shipping day available. If you order on Thanksgiving, then your order will be going out on the following Monday. We nearly always have what you want to buy on hand and ready to make and then go out the door with the postal service. Even if we have to reorder supplies, this will only set your order back a couple of days and you will still receive your purchases much faster than if you had ordered from some other site.

There are many shipping options, all with different costs, when you are considering how fast you need your order delivered. Need it by the weekend? You should probably choose something other than our standard shipping choice.

If you live in the United States, then there are three types of shipping for you to choose from.

  1. Standard Shipping will take around 3-8 Postal Shipping Days.
  2. Expedited Shipping is our second fastest speed, at just 2-3 Postal Shipping Days.
  3. For those with no time to spare, our Express option will zip your order to your door in a break-neck speed of 1-2 working days.
VERY IMPORTANT If you are having your orders delivers to the states of Alaska or Hawaii, then your order will always be shipped via Priority U.S.P.S. Mail and will be delivered in FIVE to TEN business days. These delivery times are mere approximations, due to the fact that we cannot predict shipping delays associated with the U.S.P.S. or with stocking times when supplies are out. Include an e-mail with your order information, and we will send you the postal tracking numbers. This service is not available to those living outside of the U.S.A., Hawaii, and Alaska.

We are pleased to ship Internationally to the countries of Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, The Netherlands, Northern Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Great Britain, and Sweden. International orders usually take anywhere from FOUR to EIGHT weeks to arrive, and this is especially true for the Holiday shipping season. Please, please, please refrain from contacting us after your order has been only a week out of our doors, as this is far to soon to expect an International delivery. Even if you do contact us, we cannot locate your package for you once it has been Internationally shipped because we lose the ability to track orders overseas.

We are required by law to declare the complete value and contents of your International Order, even if your package is declared a "gift." If you are ordering from another country, outside of the U.S., then you may find that you have to pay customs fees on your order. You are responsible for these fees, and they are not included in the price of your order. If you have any inquiries concerning customs delays or costs, then please refer them to the customs officers of your region.

We love and respect all men and women who serve in our Armed Services, so we have no problem shipping to any APO/FPO. The shipping option of Expedited and Express Mail is not currently available to those addresses with an APO/FPO notation since they are treated, for all intents and purposes, like International Mail. Just like other International Orders, the above delivery times cannot apply to orders being delivery to Military Addresses.

If you want your shirts sent to a PO BOX, we are happy to oblige. These orders will always be sent using Standard Shipping, and will take 3 5 Postal Shipping Days for those shirts to reach you.


Having Issues With Ordering?

It's usually caused when your billing information is not entered EXACTLY like they have it at the credit card company. Check this first. If you are completely satisfied that you should be getting your order processed normally and are still having trouble, please continue down this list of options.
  1. Your billing information is probably still entered wrong. It has to match your credit company's information EXACTLY. Otherwise, it could be rejected.
  2. One thing you may want to put into the "billing address field" is your previous address, especially if you have moved within the last few months. Sometimes it takes a while for big credit issuers to update data.
  3. If all else has failed, then you may want to go ahead and use your secondary card to make this purchase.
  4. If none of these options worked, you can always reach us during normal business hours of 9am to 6pm (central time zone). Our toll-free service number is 1-888-687-4478. United States toll free only.

I would really love to get some shirts, but I don't feel comfortable giving out my credit card information on the Internet. Are there other payment options like money orders?

Of course you can still order! All you need to do is to follow the steps below, and we'll process your order for you.
  1. You need to do your shopping first! Once you have locked down what shirt, what color, what size, and what style of shirts you want...now you need to email me that exact information by CLICKING HERE. You'll also need to make it clear that you are needing to mail your orderpayment to us.
  2. Once we get your email with your information, we'll email you right back! Ours will be an invoice that includes your total cost after compiling shirt and shipping fees. It will also include our address to ship your payment to.
  3. Print off the invoice, put it in an envelope with your money order, address the envelope with the address we provided you, and drop the envelope in the mail. When we get your mail, we'll ship your shirts! So easy!

BRAND X has cheaper shirts than this... / How well do your shirts last?

If you want awesome shirts made from preshrunk, 100% cotton...then you came to the right place. Our competitors are not quite as concerned about the shirts they sell after they ships, but we want you to enjoy your purchase for a long, long time.

Every Time I Make A Selection To Buy, It Refuses To Show Up In The Shopping Cart! Help!

This is really quite simple. In order to use our shopping cart software, you have to have something called "cookies" activated. If you are having this problem, then the security settings are far too high for us to process your order through the browser you are using. That will definitely have to change. Fix the problem by going to the "tools" tab in your browser, clicking on "options", and then navigating to the "privacy" tab to enable cookies (instructions).
